New Contributors
W.H. Chellis
De Regno welcomes three new contributors.
Rev. Dr. Carl Trueman, Professor of Church History at Westminster Theological Seminary and Reformation21 superstar.
Rev. Charles Brown, Pastor of the Westminster Reformed Presbyterian Church, co-editor of Semper Reformanda (RP Theological Journal), and owner of small dog named Snoopy (not really but how cool would that be?)
Rev. Dr. Michael Lefebve, Pastor of the newly minted Christ Church in Indianapolis Indiana. Michael has recently returned to the US after finishing his Ph.D. work at the University of Aberdeen.
We look forward to their contributions.
I look forward to Rev. Brown’s comments.
I also would hope to be invited when I am a RP minister, Lord willing.
I thought Rev. Brown’s thoughts
concerning the family and macro-
econmics to be sweet, but when
I came to this site I was looking
for subject matter more interac-
tive with the culture and colorful, like Luther’s Table Talk!
Mr. Chellis, what does De Regno
Christi have to say about Hillary
Clinton? Since God has put you
and her in the same state, does
that give you an added obligation
to speak against her adulteries?
Hillary said “let’s chat,” and I
have thought of going to her
website and asking “Will you
call your campaign bus ‘Adultery
Express’?” Her political
machine seems sinister to me.
Psalm 37 begins “Do not fret
because of evil-doers…” But
Jesus and John Knox confronted
evil. There has to be a balance.
What is it?
I’m planning to go hear some
candidates for city office in
Philly (Phila., PA – where I
live) later this week. Again, I
don’t know that any are com-
mitted to the reign of Christ,
but they’ll never be unless
someone tells them that they
should!
Blessings!
