Among the political differences between you and Huckabee is that you are saying things few people want to hear, while Huckabee is appealing to the masses. He’s a “right-wing progressive,” a pro-life (and male) version of Hillary Clinton. The title “Reverend” is about the only thing you have in common with Huckabee.
Also, I just love his four keys to success as a pastor:
1. Have a message.
2. Motivate volunteers.
3. Use a variety of media.
4. Raise money.
The Huckabee plan is going to revolutionize my ministry!
To be fair to Huckabear- he is saying one thing that is challenging and needs to be heard: We need to get off of our addiction to foreign oil. Good for Huckabear!
“The pulpit was his springboard into politics.” What could possibly be wrong with that?
