RSSKosovo Declares Independence

It still baffles me that one decade ago we were using military force against a historically Christian people trying to hold back the forces of the West’s most dangerous enemy- Islam.
Westerners are now cheering the fact that Kosovo has declared its independence from Bosnia.
It the 4th of July for Kosovo Muslims.
I am not excited. This gives Washington yet another bad reason to strain relations with Moscow. Another reason to flex our tired muscles in a part of the world we do not belong.
Developing a thoughtful realist foreign policy in the 21st Century is going to be hard work. It begins by America deciding which side its on. My advise is not to support the creation of a Muslim state in European Christendom.

In what way is this the establishment of a “Muslim state in European Christendom”? All that remains of Christendom in Europe is the idea of natural law and a lot of tourist drawing cathedrals. Heaven forbid that the U.S. should stop a genocide perpetrated by a neo-fascist war criminal who, despite claims of Christian heritage, had nothing to do with Christ because… he was a war criminal! Simply because an injustice is committed against people who don’t have “Christian” roots doesn’t mean Christians who also have “Christian” roots should condone it by their inaction. Debate the merits of international intervention, but don’t ally yourself with a madman like Milosevic.
