It is a more impressive production than I first expected. Peter Hitchens continues to look for the demise of the Tories, so that Britain can have (in his judgment) a real conservative party. Maybe the demise of the Republicans would serve that purpose in the US. Obama being the nominee will not help the Democratic candidates in the rustbelt and the South.
